This skirt is even better than I expected. It has a lovely drape and a flattering fit. It's form fitted from the waist down over the hips before it begins to fall in an A-line. The fabric is a soft pretty beige color that is neutral enough to go with tons of colors. I would say it runs very true to size. I ordered a size 6, because I'm so used to Boston Proper running big...normally I'm closer to an 8. It was a teeny bit snug at the waist but still works. I'm also very tall, 6'1", and the length was the same on me as the model. I can't wait to wear this with my tall brown boots for Fall!
When I read the first review I hesitated in buying this skirt but decided to give it a chance because I have the denim shirt pictured with it. This is a great skirt especially at the sale price. I am 5'6 and hits me where it does on the model. Obviously, it is a long skirt, but it hits above my ankles. Also, because of the tier effect, it is extremely flattering. The style and color make it very versatile. Soooo glad I gave it a chance!!
Well, I beg to differ with the customer above. I'm 5'1"and while it's a maxi, it looks GREAT with boots or sandals, is a nice soft material and very neutral so works with lots of different tops and sweaters. It's an a-line skirt so hides any flaws!

This skirt is very long. I am 5' 6". When I put this skirt on, I couldn't see my ankles. It would probably look okay on a very tall supermodel (like the one in the photo), but don't buy it if you don't want a long skirt.
