I ordered this top in a medium, which is my usual size and it fit perfectly. I am a 38DD, but small waist and 5'4" tall. The fit is very flattering and I've had lots of compliments. I love the colors - it looks great with jeans.

I had an idea of what the fabric would be like, based on other BP tops that I own, and after reading that it's a poly/spandex blend. The fabric is kind of a slinky knit, not too thin, and very stretchy. The print will make your eye believe it is a textured cotton, but it's not.
I'm very small busted and I got a size S (my usual size). It looks great, just like on the model. Love the deep V neck that still manages to cover most of my chest. Love the 3/4 sleeve.
Gave 4/5 for quality because the "knot" detail in the front could be structured just a little better. Mine has a fabric cover that keeps trying to turn inside out and I have to adjust it after I put the top on. It could probably stand to be tacked down with needle and thread more than it it is now.
Mine has garment tag that says made in USA.
