At first when I tried it on I thought it was maybe a little too big around the hips, but then tried it on with some leggins and loved it! It is very cute on, it's just not tight fitting around the hips, but I am pretty small, 5-8 and 124 lbs, not a big chest, and I took a small. Very nice material, nice design. Would highly recommend to wear with jeans or leggins!

It's not a hoodie

It has a large, wide collar and no hood. Very nice fabric and fit is as other bp warm ups....maybe just a tad larger. There are side pockets which I like, but some may think add a little to your hips. I think it's classy and different. Very versatile. Looks very nice with the side tie leggings in either length.
