This is exactly as the picture portrays! I bought one similar elsewhere and the fur was too overwhelming but this one is just perfect, the lightweight material of the sweater really offsets the thick fur collar and it fits perfectly! As silly as this sounds the sleeves are great! I hate a sweater with sleeves that are a tad short, these sleeves are PERFECT!! :) Overall great design, highly recommend!

Really cool faux-fur cardigan

Great lines - very slimming - a truly unique piece of clothing. I'll need to make sure that the faux fur gets brushed out a bit for fear of this looking like a dead rat over time if I don't take good care of it, but really this is a super cardigan - very flattering in the fit, too. I would definitely recommend this.

To your question regarding whether the collar is removable, no it is not. I would suggest dry-cleaning this item.
