I love this bag! Quality is excellent. There are no signs of glue on this product. The bag is very expensive looking. The sale price is awesome. I look forward to using this bag over and over again!!

Very attractive, the brass/gold accents give this bag a classy edge. I like the cafe color, and croco detail, and I like the patent shine, especially so since I was expecting it due to the product description. It's a very nice size bag, not what I would consider too large to carry. The straps are long enough that I can make it a shoulder bag (I'm 5'1"), yet short enough to hand carry so it's versatile. My only suggestion might have been for them to add a removable shoulder strap, but not a complaint and I wasn't expecting one since it wasn't in the description. The one I received is in perfect condition, there are no signs of glue and the craftsmanship of it is high quality. Overall I think it's a great bag!

The bag is called "patent croco tote", so I fully expected the shiny, patent leather finish. It is a beautiful shade of brown that can be used in any season. I have received so many compliments on my bag since I've owned it. I have not found exposed glue anywhere on mine. It is the quality I would fully expect from BP and from London Fog. It is a London Fog bag. I love carrying it! The only gripe I might have is that now I have so much room for all my clutter! LOVE LOVE LOVE my bag!

Very Pretty, But...

I gave this bag only 4 stars because of two reasons. First, it has high gloss finish (like patent leather) that is not indicated in the picture nor in the description. Wasn't looking for a "high gloss" bag but one with a more flat/natural finish. Second, some of the glue is exposed in areas where the fabric is attached. Contacted BP to see if an additional discount would be provided and offered to submit photos of the bag, if needed. Unfortunately, I was advised not enough of these bags have sold; therefore, no additional discount would be given. Overall, it is a very attractive bag, and I decided to keep it .

This purse is much shinier than shown in picture and is much more fake looking for me. Unfortunately not my taste and will be returning.

I recieved this bag about a week ago! it doesn't look like the bag in the photo, its ok and for the price... I'll keep it. The back zipper broke soon afer I recieved it. Another thing I can't seem to locate my items when I place them in the bag, and the inside pocket could be a little deeper! three stars for this one!

The bag is called "patent croco tote". Patent leather is shiny leather. Maybe you didn't know that. Sorry you didn't like the bag. I love mine.
