This material is a bit sheer, but hey what white top isn't? I wear mine with a plain white cami and jeans and white wedges and it looked so effortlessly boho chic. The bust is really not all that tight and the tie waist can be adjusted. I wrap mine around to the front instead of tieing it in the back and it looks great. It's lightweight, beautifully detailed, and comfortable. What more do you want from a summer top?

I was soo looking forward to wearing this top. I love the lightwieght material ( I live in a tropical climate), but the bust area was simply way too tight.

I love this blouse. It is expensive and I don't usually spend that much money on a dress let alone a blouse, but it was a gift for myself for a weight loss goal. I'm so glad I bought it. I think it is gorgeous and I have received many compliments on it. I wear a little cami under mine, not because of the material, but because it is a little low cut for me. The weight of the material doesn't bother me at all and it will be a wonderful summer blouse.

The "fit note" states it's relaxed, easy fit with slight shaping. Ha. It is too loose even with the ties in the back in the abd area and way too tight in the chest area - even for someone with a B-cup size. C or D cup, forget it!

I waited what seemed like forever to purchase this blouse. It is cute and sexy however; the fabric is VERY delecate. I have found that the olny way to keep it nice is to handwash it.

The design is cute and airy but the fit and quality is not very good. It looks good on the model in the picture, but if you do not look just like her, then do not expect the same type of fit. It did not gather at the waist at all, and the fit was like having on an oversized shirt. Way too much money for the quality. I would not recommend.

then it is a great deal for you. i am 5'9", 36DD, and this top did not do me any justice. the line cut right through the middle of my chest. it looked horrible. If i were a 36B it may have been ok. the material is light and airy for summer. the length was perfect too.

I was SOO anxious to receive this top but I was very let down, I hate to give this a bad rating but it really was poorly designed. The sewing right along the breast is too high up, I would think this would fit just right below the breasts but it is right in the middle and made my chest look very odd. I am small chested ( 34A-34B ) and I ordered a size 8 which fit everywhere else just fine, maybe a size bigger would have helped this? I would recommend ordering one size bigger and giving it a shot because this is otherwise such a beautiful top.

I bought this top for my wife (size 6) as I thought my wife would look nice in this top. My wife is a large C cup as she tried on the top and the line just below the chest embroidery crosses right over my wife's chest. It's like the top does not hang low enough. So we returned it and ordered a size 8 and the top fits the same. So we will return it again.
Bottom line, unless you have a small chest or you boobs are not right under you chin, I would not order this top.

This shirt is utterly beautiful but by the third time I wore it, it completely ripped on the left side from rib to the end hem. I was highly disappointed but I wore it again anyway because I usually wear this shirt with corsets so the rip wouldn't be a big deal. But then a month into owning and wearing the top, the string that ties the bust line ripped off while I was out. I was completely furious by this point since within a month this top went from a completely gorgeous top to a heap of tattered rags. It is very poor quality for the price. I wouldn't even consider buying it because the top itself didn't even look figure-shaping, as it is in the picture, but just looks a maternity top.

If you are top heavy, this top is too tiny. The "embroidery" is not good quality. Needless to say, I immediately returned it.

If you like the detail, the bright white color and the look of the quality material, then don't order this top. The one I received is not even close to a bright white, the material is completely transparent and the detail on the neckline and bottom is crocheted with no material, not cutouts.....just crochet. The detail at the bottom and neckline of this top appear to be cutouts in the material and embroidery.....not even close. I have found this so many times that the pictures do not match the product received and that is very frustrating.

I just have to respond...this top is made with lace, which is different than 'cut out' - it's a much better-quality look, in my opinion.
I have never worn this top that I didn't get positive comments - people like it and want to know where I got it. :-)

This is very cute top and it fits very nicely. The material was sheer enough to be cool but you could wear a nude colored bra underneath and get away with it. The only dissappointment I had was that it was more of an off white rather than the bright white as pictured. So I did return it only because I already have an off white top from BP that is very similar.

I was excited about getting this top because I loved the feminine look. However, there was just too much material around my mid section making it look more like a maternity top so I'm sending it back. Even though it ties in the back, it doesn't tie enough for it to look like the picture. They must have it pinned in the back because it doesn't have the fit like the picture, at least it doesn't on me. I am 5'2 and a size 2 so I think you have to be taller to fill it out better. It is a beautiful top though!

Much like the other comments, you need to be tall and thin to wear this. Didn't fit like in the picture and was surprised by the ties around the waist. Didn't sit right, didn't look right, didn't fit well, returned promptly.

I was generous about size when ordering this top because I wanted it to be long and loose - and it is, as well as being very well-made and delicate. The fabric is ultra-soft to the touch and quite sheer - it feels great, and the trim is good quality. Because I ordered a little larger, the cut is a good bit deeper than I thought it should be - not just showing cleavage (as in the photo), which I expected, but the bra below as well - and I will probably be wearing it with a tank. Great with jeans, and perfect for feeling oh-so-innocent. If you are between sizes, order down.

Very Feminine and Pretty Top

I ordered this top because I liked the embroidery design around the neck and bottom - very feminine looking. I discovered it was very sheer and the length is for a tall person. So instead of sending it back, I am using this beautiful top as a bathing suit cover up. I received so many compliments when I went on a snorkel excursion in Maui and by the pool/beach. I also wear this top over a matching tank top and capri leggings - looks really nice. I can't wear it with jeans because I am short (5ft) and it looks funny. If I had to make a negative comment, the photo is a bit deceiving - doesn't really look that sheer and very low cut. Something else to consider when looking at the length of the tops - just remember that these are models, and they are tall!

I ordered this shirt in a larger size, but had to return for a smaller size because it made my small frame look pregnant. I love the flow of this top. I would have to agree with the other review about wearing a tank underneath because it does show more than just cleavage. Overall, this top is so pretty on.
